What fees do I pay?
There are certain costs for you to cover for administration, including the preparation of a tenancy agreement, taking up references and your check in inventory.

How long is a typical let?
The minimum contract term is 6 months (unless specifically agreed otherwise) and you will be responsible for paying the rent for the entire period of the tenancy. Should your circumstances change and you wish to leave before the end of the tenancy you will continue to be responsible for the rental payments until the property is re-let.

What else do I need to pay for?
The tenant usually pays the utility bills (unless this is included in your rent which will be advised before occupancy) such as gas, electricity, water rates and sewerage, TV licence, telephone and during the course of the tenancy the council tax applicable to the property.

How long until I can move in?
Subject to receiving back satisfactory references, it will normally take between 3 and 10 days to complete the necessary paperwork.
