    As a successful Letting Agent in Bournemouth we are able to offer our Landlords a ‘finder’s fee’ of 50% of one month`s rent (subject to a min. fee of £540 incl. VAT), which includes everything you need for set-up and the successful let of your property. Including;

    • Assured shorthold tenancy agreement
    • Organising a Gas Safety Certificate (if required)
    • Organising an Energy Performance Certificate (if required)
    • Collection of rent and deposit before the tenant moves in
    • Checking in the Tenant on the day of moving

    Once we have placed a Tenant into your property we then pass on the Tenant details for you to continue the property management process.

    Alternatively we can offer full management of your property/properties. 

    This package allows you to sit back, relax, and earn money from your property without having to get involved with the rental process and stressful day-to-day issues. We do all the hard-work for you. 

    Charged at 15% including VAT this service offers ALL OF THE ABOVE in addition to;

    We have our own in-house property maintenance team on call six days a week to take away the stress and keep cost to a minimum when the unexpected occurs. However, the choice is yours. We give you the flexibility to use your preferred contractors if you wish.


    Property inventories can be time-consuming and troublesome. Our own dedicated inventory clerk will expertly detail every aspect of your property, no matter what the size.

    Full Referencing

    It is important to us that the right person is living in your property. We offer a thorough credit and reference check service, highlighting any adverse information and the credit history of the Tenant.

    We obtain a previous landlord reference, employers reference, take bank statements and pay slips, along with photographic ID.

    Extensive Marketing

    We offer the best possible coverage of your property. It will be seen on our professional website, all internet property portals including Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket and other local publications. Our catchy radio advertising will also get your property noticed.

    Fast, Friendly and Personal Service

    Our goal is to rent your home as quick as possible at the highest possible price. Communication is key and we keep you informed throughout the rental process and beyond.


    We like to keep an eye on things for you. Your property will be inspected three months after your tenant moves in and every six months thereafter.

    Accompanied Viewings

    All applicant viewings are conducted by one of our team. We ensure all of your properties special little features are presented in the best possible light.

    Check In and Check Out

    Moving is stressful for everyone. We make sure that the tenant is moved in, with the tenancy agreement and inventory explained and signed, taking the stress away from you. When the tenant vacates, we ensure everything is in order.
