You will have a designated block manager that will provide regular financial reports and access to your accounts 24/7.

It is our duty to ensure the property is compliant with the law and is a pleasurable place to live. Regular inspections will ensure the property is well kept and that there are no breaches of the lease. We offer honest and impartial advice with legal support when required. 

We use approved, independent local contractors and specialist tradesmen, selected on value for money and quality of service, providing our customers with total peace of mind that their best interests are being delivered at best value.

Taking control of your building’s management 

Taking control of the management of your block is an empowering step, allowing you to make decisions on the important matters affecting your property. The Right to Manage does not require a court order or the consent of your landlord. 

It can be a confusing and difficult process for lessees to go through alone, but if you want to control your own destiny, we can guide you through the process of acquiring a no fault Right to Manage.

We’re easy to contact when you need us

We make sure our clients can contact us easily and quickly. You will have a designated property manager, and in the event, you’re unable to reach them, you can speak to our maintenance department or use our online reporting system. Tasks can easily be raised directly by email, with a fast response time.

Full transparency of your account

When you want additional information, we guarantee to provide it promptly. This includes items like expenditure reports, copy invoices, or updates on live issues. Information requests made by email are also tracked and responded to within 48hrs.
