Venus Awards 2018

It’s that time of year when the buzzword on everyone’s lips is Venus (hurray!) and we are so excited to be back for the second year sponsoring this incredible, women in business event.

The Venus Awards  are a chance to celebrate women’s achievements throughout Dorset. They’re a great opportunity to network, as well as a chance to shout about what makes your business or company unique.

We’re delighted to confirm that Lovett is back sponsoring the Customer Service Award as we believe this is of the utmost importance in today’s world, and being Estate Agents in Bournemouth, it really does form the centerpiece of our business.

A couple of week’s ago, Lovett hosted a ‘meet and greet’ networking evening in their very own Marketing Suite. Here we had the pleasure of meeting lots of leading ladies within our category, from various professions and industries across Dorset. From travel to recruitment, fashion and holistic therapies every single nominee has a wonderful story to tell.

They each filmed a short piece-to-camera to outline what customer service meant to them.

We saw so much passion in each and every lady. They spoke about going the extra mile for all their clients and customers, they listen to feedback and genuinely care about the customer experience not just the bottom line. It really is commendable. Every single nominee should be very proud of themselves!

The next event took place at Mercedes-Benz of Poole (Sandown Group) this week. Every Sponsor and nominee met at the showroom to find out who had been successful and made it to the next round.
