Lovett Estate Agents based in Canford Cliffs, Bournemouth and Boscombe are thrilled to announce that 3 of their staff members have been shortlisted for the ‘Lettings Agency of the Year Awards 2013’.

Charlotte Hannen-Saracoglu has been shortlisted for the ‘Best Lettings Branch Manager’ award, Pascale Wilkins also of their Boscombe office and Lucy Sinclair of their Canford Cliffs office have been shortlisted for the ‘Best Lettings Negotiator’ award. The award presentation takes place on Friday 24^th May 2013 at the Lancaster Hotel in London and is being presented by The Apprentices’ Karren Brady.

The Lettings Agency of the Year Awards in association with The Sunday Times & The Times sponsored by Zoopla is held in May and is the only awards event solely focussed on lettings. In addition to the overall “Lettings Agency of the Year” there are medals for each of the geographic regions and by size of agency plus specialist categories such as property management, innovation and training.

The seminar focuses exclusively on the business of lettings and property management with an emphasis on ideas and innovation to inspire growth and improved profitability.
