Highest Number Of UK Property Sales In Over A Decade!

Recent data from Rightmove says there were 704,000 property sales going through in June, which is the highest in the last decade.

At the start of the year, this figure stood at 613,000 but with the stamp duty tax holiday frenzy, which ended on June 30th, it’s no surprise that this number has rocketed since then!

After a recent survey, Rightmove found that the stamp duty holiday is not the only motivator for people wanting to move homes in 2021.

Some of the most common factors that are driving homeowners to think about making a move are relocating to a new area and also upsizing to accommodate a change in their working environment or new lifestyle.
