Coastal Comedy is a monthly stand-up comedy show of live entertainment in Bournemouth, Poole and Lymington for over 18’s. In their first year they reached the semi-finals for ‘Best Night Out’ as part of the prestigious Bournemouth Tourism Awards, became a finalist for Best Night Out at the BAPTA’s 2018, and most recently won Gold at the recent BH Stars 2019 awards ceremony. What more can we say; Adrienne and her Team are amazing!

The night has a line-up of 3 professional comedians, including a TV Headliner, seen on programmes such as Mock the week (BBC2), Have I Got News For You (BBC1) and Michael McIntyre’s Comedy Roadshow (BBC1).

Here at Lovett Estate Agents in Bournemouth we believe in supporting the local arts, drama and entertainment scene. As soon as we met Adrienne (the host) and learned about her superb night of comedy, we couldn’t help but show our support!

Coastal Comedy shows offer you a great chance to see a famous face close up and personal in a superb intimate setting. Adrienne prides herself on bringing the very best stand-up comics on the circuit together for a fantastic night. Acts that have graced the stage include Gary Delaney, Zoe Lyons, Angela Barnes, Jarred Christmas, Joel Dommett, Ed Gamble, Bob Mills – just to name a few. There is a very friendly atmosphere at each show and you can network and make new friends, too!

Next Friday (26th April) is a particularly special show as it marks Coastal Comedy’s 4th birthday, and boy, do they have a fantastic line-up in store for you!

Headlining the evening is the hilarious Jo Caulfield. Whether you’ve seen her on TV shows such as “Have I Got News For You” or “Michael McIntyre’s Comedy Roadshow”, heard her on the radio on “Just a Minute” or “Stop The Press”, or caught her live at one of her award-winning Edinburgh Festival shows, the chances are you’re already familiar with Jo’s work. She has been deemed as “just about the biggest name to grace the Coastal Comedy stage” according to Adrienne.

Jo is supported on the night by the seriously funny Canadian Chris Betts who will be opening the show, followed by Sam Savage, the recent winner of the Funny’s Funny award.

The night is hosted by local comic Adrienne Coles. All this for just £15 (advance tickets) and in our beautifully intimate setting at Hotel Celebrity.

We struggled for months trying to find our first letting, no other estate agents in the area have what Lovett have. A great selection of properties and a great selection of employees. From the start Natalia was prompt and welcoming responding to our enquiries, arranging a viewing for practically the same day! Duanne showed us around what is now our new home, she was friendly, informative and dealt with our application very efficiently. Within the next few days Duanne, Louise and Abi, had all our paper work put together. We had never rented before, however communication with the Lovett staff made it seem a very easy process. Just completed on sale of a flat in Boscombe. Long drawn out process through no fault of the agents which I don't think would ever have gone through if it was not for the fantastic job done by the 'sale chaser' Clair Clark. Everyone we dealt with at Lovetts were professional, well informed, courteous and always responded quickly to any queries but Clair was a particular diamond. This was such a positive experience from viewing to getting the keys. They treat you like a human being and not just a number. James, Abbey and the team did an amazing job for us in successfully marketing our property and then helping to complete the sale.The photos and video they put together were professional and of high quality- it generated instantly a full week of viewings.We didn’t though need the full week - it sold after the viewings on the first day, with many offers tabled by very happy prospective buyers.Lovett then recommended a conveyancing team who completed in six weeks, with James continuing to support both the buyers and us with questions and any paperwork etc.Lovett had successfully rented the property out for us for two years previously and we are delighted with their service over the years.Highly recommend them across all their branches in the area.

This is the first review in 40 years i have given regarding an estate agent.James came as agreed, took photo's and a video tour, and put the house on the market the next day as he said. We then received a call and email confirmations from Abbey regarding 8 viewings within 24 hours and have accepted an offer. (not the highest). The service and professionalism has been second to none. Fantastic service, really pro-active and extremely well escorted viewings by Abbey amazing to say the least. Thank you and can't recommend Lovett's enough.
