Lovett Estate Agents support local youth with new apprenticeship scheme.

Lovett Estate Agents are pleased to welcome Lauren and Daniel to join our growing team.  Lauren and Daniel who are both 17, join us from the Youth Apprenticeship scheme, First4skills.

With increasing media attention on topics such as rising teenage unemployment and NEETS (Teenagers not in education or training), Lovett Estate Agents decided to assist the local community on backing that growing trend by employing a number of apprentices from within the local community.

Lovett Estate Agents hope that by recruiting apprentices, we can not only train, but bring a wealth of knowledge and work experience to our apprentices, in turn we hope they can bring a diversity to the office and with that fresh ideas.

As David Way, Chief Executive of the National Apprenticeship service stated recently “We know that many businesses believe Apprenticeships deliver the skills needed in order to grow so we are delighted that age 16-24 has been positively received by employers for helping them to do just that.”

Lauren and Daniel will be training in all areas of the business from Administration, Lettings and Sales through to greeting customers face to face in the office.

We hope that Lauren, Daniel and our future apprentices can train within Lovett’s, with the growth we have planned over the next year, they can experience what it is like to be part of exciting expanding company.

Lovett Estate Agent offer free valuations in both Sales and Lettings, if you would like to discuss selling or renting a property with us please do not hesitate to call us on 01202 303044.
