Lovett Proudly Sponsor the Christchurch Food Festival 2017

Once again Lovett Estate and Letting Agents is delighted to be involved with such a wonderful and now nationally celebrated event.

Organisers of this year’s Christchurch Food Festival are confident that this festival could be bigger than ever for visitors to the annual free event.
Lovett is even more excited to announce that this year the company will be sponsoring the prominent Demonstration Theatre set in the heart of the Food Festival. Inside, thousands of foodie enthusiasts can experience Professional Chefs and experts, as they demonstrate to the audience their own ‘try-it-yourself’ recipes and techniques.

Just one of this year’s new chefs visiting the theatre is the winner of The Apprentice 2016; Alana Spencer. After being ‘hired’ by business heavyweight Lord Sugar, things are looking up for Alana’s business ‘Ridiculously Rich by Alana’. She now frequently sells out of her stock online and is popular across the board with country shows and food events. Our Lovett team will certainly be excited for this as she specialises in sweets and decadent home bakes! Perfect for the sweet tooth in us.

Over the course of the weekend, the event will take over the whole of Christchurch town centre, with stalls the length of the High Street selling food to take home, cooking kits, wines, liqueurs and lots more besides as well as delicious snacks to eat there and then. We like to support our local areas and love that the vast majority of trades and exhibitors are of local origin.

We should also mention the Food Festival is a not-for-profit Community Interest Company which is overall managed by five entirely voluntary directors who give up their day jobs to run this fabulous event. As a key supporter of the event, our team will be out and about over the course of the festival, on-hand to speak to all clients local and from further afield.
Our social media will be packed full of live videos and food festival mentions so make sure you tune in.

So, have your diaries at the ready and don’t forget to come and see us on 6th and 7th May 2017 in the Lovett Demonstration Theatre, on the Quay in Christchurch. We’ll be giving away treats and the opportunity to win various prizes across the weekend, plus our office will be open for business as usual. We do hope to see you!
