Lovett Estate Agent is an award-winning, independent Sales and Letting agent, covering the entire BH postcode area and now boasting four offices from Christchurch to Poole. Due to expansion, we have a vacancy for a self-motivated and pro-active Sales Negotiator within our Bournemouth branch. A sales background is preferred and full training will be given. The Sales Negotiator role will require you to negotiate sales and progress these sales through to completion, keeping customers up-to-date every step of the way.

You will be responsible for selling new and used property and will be able to identify potential new business. The right candidate will be confident and keen to hit the ground running.

You will have the following attributes:

– Ability to work as part of a successful team
– Self-motivated
– A ‘can do’ positive attitude
– Outstanding communication skills
– An established work history
– Full Driving Licence
