Award winning Estate Agent in Bournemouth, Lovett International are delighted and very proud to announce they will be opening their new Parkstone office on the 4^th January 2021. Situated in a prominent location, the new office will compliment their successful Boscombe office.

Julian Hewlett, Lovett Sales Director said ‘When lots of businesses are moving away from the high street and with all the turmoil and uncertainty of Covid-19, we are extremely excited about this opportunity.

We already have a strong presence in the area as we acquired the Meridian lettings portfolio, which is still being managed by Lettings Manager, Emma Ford and Senior Negotiator, Katie Stone. With this in mind, it seemed a natural progression and we felt it was the right time to fully expand by opening a new office.

The sales and lettings team all have many years of experience within the property industry and know how important customer service and community are. They all currently work for Lovett and live in the Parkstone area, so they are familiar with not just the properties, but have valuable local knowledge which provides insight to both buyers and renters.

From our Parkstone office, we will be able to cover all of the BH12 postcode and the surrounding areas including lower Parkstone, Oakdale, Wallisdown and into Poole. These areas are in high demand, as buyers look to take advantage of the stamp duty holiday and we feel this will only increase in the new year, when traditionally the property market is at its busiest.
