ANOTHER PROPERTY SOLD OVER ASKING PRICE!

Uppleby Road, Poole

ANOTHER PROPERTY SOLD OVER ASKING PRICE! We were approached by our client who was looking to sell their buy-to-let property which we had successfully let for them. Utilising our extensive marketing package, we were able to generate 15 viewings on the property and agree a sale over asking price to an applicant with no related chain. The applicants position enabled our client and their solicitor the flexibility required in order to carry out a lease extension during the course of the transaction which then culminated in a successful completion.

If you are looking for an estate agent in Poole our award-winning team would be delighted to discuss your prospective sale further. Call us on 01202 303044 or contact us here.
