Bournemouth Estate Agent Report on Housing Market Rise, Making the South Coast Town the Second Highest in UK.

Research conducted by Halifax yesterday showed that the Gloucestershire town of Cheltenham was the top area where the average price of property rose more than five times the average national rate. Bournemouth were proudly second on the list increasing by 11.7% proving once again why Bournemouth is such a sought after area to live in and the market is truly booming compared to previous years. Now the average price for a home will set you back £273,687 depending on the type of property and area of Bournemouth.

This week, the CEO of Bournemouth Estate Agent Lovett International, Maximillian De Kment was asked to feature on the Meridian ITV news explaining just why the area is getting bigger year by year and what it means for the town to have the market at such a great position.
